Dashboards can be applied to a wide range of situations and applications, many of which may share some characteristics while being unique in other aspects. Because of this, a purely static dashboard construct would be very inefficient, meaning that a whole new dashboard would be needed to address every different nuance of the data presentation.

To avoid this, CenterView provides advanced dashboard development techniques that permit a certain amount of dynamic dashboard assembly, resulting in the ability to create more generalized dashboard constructs and to generate specific dashboard instances based on user or other input.
